Regarding the quality, I have deducted one star because the diverter tap/shower is too easy to turn and the shower head unfortunately cannot quite click into place (the receptacle for it is a bit too small). Nevertheless, a recommendable product. I would like to positively highlight the telephone and written communication. In my case, it worked very well. Thank you very much.
