Payment and Dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply. Please note that we exclusively deliver to the United Kingdom (UK).
Minimum order value for UK delivery: £140 due to customs regulations
1. Dispatch costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order:

2. Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery to the United Kingdom shall be made within 3-5 working days from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, from the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery. The delivery date for the complete order will be determined by the article with the longest delivery time.
3. Customs, Duties and Taxes (DAP)
We ship from Germany under the DAP (Delivered At Place) incoterm. This means you shop tax-free in our store, but taxes are due upon arrival:
- No German VAT: You do not pay the 19% German VAT. All prices in our shop are net prices.
- UK Import VAT & Duties: The courier (e.g. Parcelforce or DHL) will collect UK Import VAT (20%), any applicable Customs Duties (approx. 2%), and a courier handling fee before delivery.
- Responsibility: These charges are determined by UK Customs and must be paid by the recipient.
