Installation Preparation
Installationsvorbereitung • Für die Installation der Box wird ein Loch von mindestens 200mm x 220mm benötigt. • Die Einbautiefe beträgt 83mm - 108mm. • Bereiten Sie die Leitungen wie in der folgenden Abbildung vor. • Der Druck sollte 0,5 - 10 Bar nicht überschreiten. Empfohlener Druck ist 5 Bar.Installation preparation • A hole of at least 200mm x 220mm is required to install the box. • The installation depth is 83mm - 108mm. • Prepare the pipes as shown in the following illustration. • The pressure should not exceed 0.5 - 10 bar. Recommended pressure is 5 bar.
Installation Step 1 - Preparation
1. Installationsschritt - Vorbereitung • Merke: Die Box ist standardmäßig für vier Ausgänge konfiguriert. Für eine Nutzung von einem / zwei oder drei Ausgängen blockieren Sie die Ausgänge wie im unteren Schaubild abgebildet. • Bohren Sie die Installationslöcher, wie in der Abbildung zu sehen ist. • Platzieren Sie nun die Box in dem Installationsloch und fixieren Sie diese mit den Spreizschrauben. • Für die Installation in eine Ständerwand montieren Sie die Box wie im oberen Schaubild. • Überprüfen Sie die Festigkeit der Schrauben. • Schließen Sie die Warmwasser und Kaltwasser Leitungen an. • Schließen Sie die Verbraucher nach dem unteren Schaubild an.1. For use with one / two or three outputs, block the outputs as shown in the diagram below. • Drill the installation holes as shown in the illustration. • Now place the box in the installation hole and fix it with the expansion bolts. • For installation in a stud wall, mount the box as shown in the diagram above. • Check the tightness of the screws. • Connect the hot and cold water pipes. • Connect the consumers according to the diagram below.

Installationsschritt - Testen • Öffnen Sie die Wasserleitungen und prüfen Sie die Montage auf Dichtheit. • Demontieren Sie die Spülvorrichtung und entfernen Sie die Gummistopfen aus dem Grundkörper. • Montieren Sie die Verschlusskappe erneut und spülen Sie 3 Minuten die Leitungen, um diese von Verschmutzungen zu säubern.2. Installation step - Testing • Open the water pipes and check the installation for leaks. • Disassemble the flushing device and remove the rubber plugs from the main body. • Reassemble the sealing cap and flush the pipes for 3 minutes to clean them of dirt.

Installationsschritt - Verputzen • Wenn die Installation die Dichtheitsprüfung bestanden hat, verputzen Sie die Montage. • Kontrollieren Sie die Position der Box. • Dichten Sie nun die Box im Verbund ab, bevor Sie die Fließen an die Wand bringen. • Verfliesen Sie die Installation. • Schneiden Sie das überstehende Material der Box ab. • Dichten Sie zuletzt die Schnittkante ab. • Die Installation ist abgeschlossen. Montieren Sie nun die Armatur.3. Installation step - Plastering • Once the installation has passed the leak test, plaster the installation. • Check the position of the box. • Now seal the box in the composite before attaching the tiles to the wall. • Tile the installation. • Cut off any protruding material from the box. • Finally, seal the cut edge. • The installation is complete. Now install the fitting.
