Base Body Installation
1. Einbau des Grundkörpers • Bereiten Sie die Installationsstelle für den Grundkörper vor. • Richten Sie die den Grundkörper im Lot aus. • Beachten Sie die Einbautiefe von min 65mm - max 85mm1. Installation of the Base Body • Prepare the installation site for the base body. • Align the base body vertically. • Observe the installation depth of min 65mm - max 85mm
Connections and Alignment
• Schießen Sie die Zuleitungen (G1/2") für die Kopfbrause wie in Abbildung 1 an. • Achten Sie nach der Montage der Zuleitungen erneut auf die Ausrichtung des Grundkörpers. • Fixieren Sie den Grundkörper mit den beiliegenden Bolzenankern im Mauerwerk. • Spülen Sie nun mindestens 3 Minuten die Leitungen, um diese von Verunreinigungen zu befreien.• Connect the supply lines (G1/2") for the shower head as shown in Figure 1. • After installing the supply lines, check the alignment of the base body again. • Fix the base body to the masonry using the supplied anchor bolts. • Now flush the pipes for at least 3 minutes to remove any contamination.
Important Information about Brass Bolts
WICHTIG • Im Lieferumfang sind drei Messing Bolzen vorhanden. • Ein Bolzen ist ein Blindstopfen, welcher nur als Halterung dient. • Die anderen Bolzen fungieren als Zuleitung der Regenfall-/ Wasserfall-Funktion, sowie als Halterung. • Montieren Sie den Blindstopfen in das rechte Loch des Grundkörpers. Dieses dient nur als Halterung. • Montieren Sie die Zuleitungs-Bolzen in der Mitte und links.IMPORTANT • Three brass bolts are included. • One bolt is a blind plug, which only serves as a holder. • The other bolts act as supply lines for the rainfall/waterfall function, as well as holders. • Install the blind plug in the right hole of the base body. This only serves as a holder. • Install the supply line bolts in the middle and left.
Leak Testing
2. Tile Installation
3. Fliesen legen • Legen Sie die Putzmanschette in das mit einer gezahnten Mörtelkelle vorbereitete Fliesenbett um die Box. • Legen Sie die Fliesen. • Schneiden Sie die überstehende Box bündig mit den Fliesen ab und verfugen die Schnittkante mit Silikon. • Montieren Sie die Messingbolzen (rechts Blindstopfen). • Montieren Sie die Wandblende. • Montieren Sie die Kopfbrause und befestigen Sie diese mit der Madenschraube von oben.3. Tiling • Place the plastering sleeve in the prepared tile bed around the box using a notched trowel. • Lay the tiles. • Cut off the protruding box flush with the tiles and grout the cut edge with silicone. • Install the brass bolts (blind plug on the right). • Install the wall cover. • Install the shower head and fasten it with the grub screw from above.
