The shower head is solid (no plastic or similar). We previously had a larger shower head (from another brand) with an ECO function. Very little water came out, only dripping. Here the spray is nice and strong, and you can rinse your hair well, plus the ECO function. We have immediately replaced 2 shower heads with this one and are very satisfied.
